What happens when I transfer ENS?

Phi Lands are directly tied to the ENS. Therefore, if you transfer or sell your ENS to a new owner, the Phi Land associated with it will transfer to the new owner as well.

After transferring an ENS, the owner of your Land would be changed by accessing Phi Land from the new ENS owner's wallet address.
