Why can’t I claim Quest objects?

First of all, you may not meet the condition to claim the object.

Quest objects belong to your wallet, not to ENS. So, if you have already claimed the object, you can’t claim it anymore with the wallet.

If you are not in the above case and you exactly reached the condition of the quest, please let us know that on Bug Report.
